Two new child support enforcement customer websites now available

DELAWARE – The Delaware Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) is proud to announce two new customer websites available beginning Feb. 1, 2016.

The first is an Application for Services website that will enable new clients to apply online. The application will remain pending for 20 business days from the date the application is submitted electronically to allow the individual time to visit a DCSE office, sign the application, and if necessary, to pay the fee for services.

The second is a DCSE Customer Website that will allow greater access to child support services and staff. DCSE customers will have online access to:

  • Make payments.
  • Receive select notices electronically.
  • Submit case specific questions directly to the caseworker.
  • Update contact and employment information.
  • View and print child support payment history.
  • View scheduled appointments, including court hearings.

“This is an exciting time for the Division of Child Support Enforcement and our customers,” Director Ted Mermigos said. “We are very pleased to provide another method of accessing child support case information. I am encouraging all of our customers to sign up on the Customer Website so they can have instant access to their case online, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.”

Registration instructions for the Online Application and Customer Websites can be found online at

Any customer who has difficulty obtaining access to the websites can speak to a customer service representative between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. In New Castle County, call 302-577-7171. In Kent County, call 302-739-8299. And in Sussex County, call 302-856-5386.

DCSE’s Automated Assistance Line is also available 24/7 with information in both English and Spanish. Customers simply need their case number when they call.
