Maryland man arrested at Connections for disorderly conduct

HARRINGTON – After becoming disorderly and uncooperative with staff at the Connections facility in Harrington, according to Captain Kenny Brode, Erik L. Anderson, 35 of Westminster, MD, was arrested by the Harrington Police Department Aug. 22.

While on patrol, police were called to Connections in the first block of East St. for a report of a disorderly subject.  Police arrived and contacted Anderson and employees of Connections where he had been brought for treatment.  During the course of registering, Anderson   allegedly began yelling and cursing at staff.

Anderson was also intoxicated during this process.

Police took him into custody and transported him to the Harrington Police Department for processing.  He was charged with disorderly conduct and arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 3.  He was the committed to the Sussex Correctional Institute in default of $500 secured bond.
