Three arrested after domestic dispute

HARRINGTON — The Harrington Police Department arrested three people after police responded to a domestic dispute report in progress in the 300 block of Harrington Avenue.

All parties involved were still at the location when police arrived. Police determined that Elise R. Steele, 48 of Milford, Joelle A. Peruso, 30 of Milford and David K. Oakey, 36 of Felton, were all involved in a verbal altercation inside the residence.

During the course of the argument, it allegedly escalated to a physical confrontation and all parties began assaulting each other.  All three were processed at the Harrington Police Department.  All were arraigned via video phone at Justice of the Peace Court 2 and were released on unsecured bond.
